Empowering the youth of Europe's villages (EYEVi)
This autumn the children from Dăbâca school
learned non-formally!
Between the 3rd and the 9th of September
2012, our association has organized EYEVi-
Empowering the Youth of Europe's villages - an autumn camp for
children who are at the moment in school, in the commune of Dăbâca.
Within the one week the project took place, the
participants - 20 pupils aged between 13 and 15 years-
were engaged in various activities which were both fun and
had an educational component. Through non-formal education,
they were encouraged to better relate and to understand
each-other, to develop team -spirits while also to discover
concepts such as European Citizenship and European Culture.
The project was financed by Youth in Action, action
1.2 Youth Initiative, with the support of The General School of
Dăbâca and the Mayorship of Dăbâca.
